These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Atelier Myrleia website and your purchase of our jewelry. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Atelier Myrleia is an independent atelier offering handcrafted jewelry, including pieces set with natural gemstones and precious metals. We operate from Istanbul, Türkiye. For questions, contact hello@ateliermyrleia.com.
We describe materials, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, and inclusions; small differences from product photography are part of the uniqueness of handmade work and are not defects. Gold-plated and vermeil finishes may wear over time depending on care and use.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, and shipping are disclosed before you complete payment where applicable. Checkout may be completed through our payment partner (e.g. Shopier); their terms also apply to payment processing.
We ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise.
For ready-made pieces, we generally accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original packaging, unless a different policy is stated at purchase. Custom, made-to-order, engraved, or altered pieces are final sale and not eligible for refund except where required by law. To start a return or exchange, email hello@ateliermyrleia.com with your order details. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
Jewelry—especially pieces with natural stones and plated metals—should be handled with care. Avoid water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or third-party repairs.
All content on this site (including photographs, text, logos, and designs) is owned by Atelier Myrleia or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atelier Myrleia from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products, where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where they cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where allowed by law.
