Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Istanbul. Shipping times vary by destination — typically 5–10 business days for international orders. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
Can I request a custom piece?
Absolutely. We love creating custom pieces. Please reach out via email at hello@ateliermyrleia.com with your idea, preferred stones, and any reference images. Custom orders take up to 2 weeks.
Are your stones ethically sourced?
Every natural stone we use is ethically and responsibly sourced. We carefully vet all our suppliers and only work with those who share our commitment to fair and sustainable practices.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Natural stone jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store in the provided pouch when not wearing. Wipe gently with a soft cloth to maintain shine.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged pieces in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please email hello@ateliermyrleia.com to initiate a return.
Are pieces limited edition?
Yes — we produce all collections in small, intentional batches. When a design sells out, it is retired. This ensures every piece you own from Atelier Myrleia remains truly special and rare.
